Our Brewhouse

Every Streetside beer begins its journey right here on the corner of Eastern and McCullough. Downstairs from our taproom lies our brewing facility manufactured in Portland, Oregon by Portland Kettle Works, and tailored specifically to Garrett’s exacting standards in 2015. Our brewing system is a 15bbl, two-vessel direct fire system; having been schooled in England, he felt a direct fire system, albeit less efficient than steam, could produce a distinctive “house flavor” from the unique interaction between brewhouse and wort. And we’ve definitely put some mileage on it. As of 12/28/2023, this brewhouse has produced over 700 batches for us, and it keeps on trucking.
