Anyone who has been to the brewery lately has definitely noticed that our draft list is a little barren.

We worked extremely hard last week (we brewed five times, our normal week is two brew days) to try and get a lot more beer on tap and out to the good people of Cincinnati. We appreciate everyone enjoying our beers so much that we have to work hard like we did. It means we are doing something right and producing beer people love. But sometimes things break down in the brewery, and it slows down our production. That was what happened the week before last. We try and minimize the impact on the taproom, but that doesn’t always happen.

We brewed Shadez and Bikiniz, Alpha, L.O.L., and Tea Bags last week, knowing people want good summer beers for the warmer weather, and we think those are good options. Shadez and Raspberry Beret are our starter beers for the Summer of Kettle Sours. Expect a lot more fruited kettle sours from us in the coming weeks and months. Thanks again for reading.

What We’re Drinking: Red Eye Iced Coffee from Fuel on Riverside Drive (We don’t always drink beer.)

Slainte!
