The recipe originated from homebrewing and was inspired by a fateful trip to Bend, OR., this beer has been tweaked about a zillion times to make the beer you have before you. Brewed with Best Malz RedX and is hopped heavily with Citra and Mosaic to give a citrusy, berry aroma. Sofa King is a union of craft beer past and present and reminds us to always stay humble and keep exploring.
